after extract the sound.dat i got many .sbao files (and although many files with no ending after all). I don't know how i can play them to hear what sound is that making me crazy effect when i open the menu or the map so i can kill it or change. Muting the music in the audio options fixes it though. I use a sound bar with rear speakers, so that may have had something with my particular issue. But I also had not noticed any weird audio in other games I was playing. (So I figured maybe an Ubisoft thing, maybe just a game thing) it was literally unplayable until I fixed it. .
