The reason I stopped caring was because my Bluetooth would work after a shut down and start up but now my WiFi is doing the same but it hasn't restarted The adapters disappear and don't even show up in device manager but I do the "Discriptor Request Failed" in device manager (see attachment).

When I say I've spent ages trawling google for solutions, the main things I've come across are typing bluetooth into search box from start menu to bring up Bluetooth settings, checking that bluetooth services are running from the services.msc, running Microsoft FixIT.
